Lucy Njue

Lucy is a founding partner of Realtime Healthcare and a senior consultant. She has led several monitoring and evaluation assignments in Health, Child protection and education programs. Lucy has significant expertise in research methodologies, grant proposal development and is also a public health expert. She holds a Masters in Population studies from the University of Nairobi (UON), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (UON) and a diploma in Project Management and she is currently pursuing her PhD studies in Public Health in JKUAT, ITROMID College.

She has extensive knowledge and 9 years’ experience in design, Implementation, Research, Monitoring, and Documentation & Evaluation of development programs with National and International organizations. Lucy is passionate about building the capacities of organizations and she has helped organizations develop award winning proposals fundraising over 4 million USD in the last 4 years. She has also worked with various international and local development organizations as well as government agencies to strengthen their Research, Documentation and Monitoring and Evaluation services.

In the recent past, she has participated in various researches and project evaluations as well as capacity building initiatives geared towards empowering civil society organizations.

Her greatest strength lies in her capacity to interact with development agencies, identify and address gaps while building organizational capacities.

David Kimosop

David has over 10 years’ experience in providing technical support, implementation and coordination of projects on HIV/AIDS, sexual reproductive health and community health services in Kenya.  He is experienced in leadership and strategic partnerships, networking with government ministry of health departments, PEPFAR agencies and implementing partners, community groups and Civil society organizations at both National and County levels. He has been actively engaged in policy development, advocacy, capacity building of civil society organizations, partnership and consensus building towards harmonized resources and joint accelerated AIDS response. He holds a master of science in Health System Management from KEMU, a BSC. Nursing (UON), Post Graduate Project Management (KIM).

Damaris Githinji

Damaris is a highly trained and qualified professional with over 10 years of broad and diverse experience in development work. She has proven experience in working with System Developers and Monitoring & Evaluation and is proficient in provision of technical leadership and support in the implementation of integration of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) programming initiatives with a focus on child protection through engagement of key community based partners. She holds a masters in Sociology (Rural Sociology and Community Development) from the University of Nairobi, A bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Economics from Egerton University.

Charles Mwaniki

Charles is a highly trained and qualified education specialist who has worked with the Ministry of education for over 20 years. He has provided leadership in policy development to enhance quality education in Kenya and led in implementation of quality improvement projects in education sector. He is also a specialist in peace education.

He holds a masters in Educational Planning, Management & Administration at Mount Kenya University (Kenya), Bachelor of Education (ARTS) from University of Nairobi (Kenya).

Kepha Nyadega

Kepha is a development specialist with more than 14 year of working experience in project management, teaching and learning materials development, training, fundraising and mentorship. He is particularly involved in Youth Economic Empowerment Programmes and has been focal in implementation of the Kenya Youth Economic and Opportunities program run by the Ministry of Youth Affairs.

Kepha holds a master’s degree in development studies from JKUAT, Masters in biblical studies from Africa International University (A.I.U), a bachelor of education in science from Egerton University and a higher Diploma in Psychological counseling and Life skills Development from Lifeskills Training Centre (LTC)
