The Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project (KYEOP) is a project of MPYG funded by World Bank which aims to increase employment and earnings opportunities for targeted youths. KYEOP has four components. Component 1 addresses the skills mismatch of youth by engaging training providers and private sector employers in offering training and work experience to targeted youth. Component 2 responds to the need for job creation with initiatives to help launch new business start-ups, improve the productivity and job creation potential of existing enterprises, and offer innovative approaches to helping hard-to-reach youth. Component 3 plans to improve access to and the quality of labor market information. Component 4 provides support for strengthening youth policy development, monitoring and evaluation, and management of the Project by the MPYG.

Provide leadership in designing and writing the proposal in response to the TOR
Lead the project team in designing the project methodologies and approaches
Lead in writing all the components of the proposal including the Organizational Capacity and Experience, the Methodology and approaches, the work plan, staff organization, the works schedule and deliverables, the M&E plan and packaging of the key experts CVs.
Results
LISP was awarded the consultancy to train over 4000 vulnerable youth in Kenya on Life skills.
